Lindsay Oswald, M.Ed, LPC
My name is Lindsay Oswald and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Greenville, SC. I graduated from Clemson University with a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2012 and have worked with individuals of all ages since. I have experience helping individuals with anxiety, depression, difficulties associated with adjusting to life changes, relationship problems, self confidence issues, and a history of trauma. I have been trained in TFCBT (trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy), EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), and I keep up with my continuing education required by the licensure board to assure I provide you with the most up to date treatment techniques and interventions that will best fit your needs. I have a passion for helping people and I truly love my job. I cannot promise specific treatment outcomes but what I can guarantee is that I will be with you every step of the way and do my best to help you work through whatever it is you are dealing with. I have witnessed many individuals make a commitment to the therapeutic process which has lead to desired outcomes. I believe that a genuine therapeutic relationship is extremely important for change and I promise if I do not feel I can help you I will refer you to someone that I believe can!
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, golfing with my husband, and exploring new places in Greenville. I'm a sucker for a good inspirational quote, a good cup of coffee, and dogs of all sizes. I love Clemson so much that I attended both undergrad and graduate school there and I thoroughly enjoy their football games. Anything else you want to know feel free to ask!
